If the item is in-stock, upgrade to Next Day Delivery before 4pm (Monday-Friday only) and receive your item the next working day (delivery date will be displayed at checkout). When will I receive my order?Timescales as outlined above are of an estimated timescale, with a delivery aim only provided by our postal services. We are unable to guarantee or provide delivery dates (unless UK next day delivery is selected) so we'd advise that once your order has been shipped, you monitor its tracking (if you have selected a tracked service), as most postal services will provide details of where your order was last scanned. Delays with postal services can occur if for example there are staff shortages at mail centres, strikes, extreme weather, seasonal holidays or sale weekends, resulting in some deliveries taking a little longer than normal (areas including The Highlands & Islands of Scotland and Rural areas may have extended delivery timescales of around 1-2 days in addition to the timescales quoted). For urgent orders, it is always advised to upgrade to a guaranteed delivery method. Timescales quoted above commence AFTER the date of dispatch, NOT after your order was placed. For timescales on shipment, please see above. We may upgrade your delivery method to a faster and more secure service at no extra cost if your order is of high value, to ensure the parcel is fully insured. For international shipments, once an order has left the UK, international deliveries are processed by the main postal service / courier in the country of destination. Please note timescales quoted above do not include customs handling. Please do get in touch with us if you have an enquiry about the delivery of your order and have allowed sufficient time so we can contact the delivery service to investigate. UK deliveries are classed as lost 10 working days after the estimated delivery due date, EU deliveries are classed as lost 30 days after the estimated delivery due date and ROW (rest of world) deliveries are classed as lost 35 days after the estimated delivery due date. You are responsible in providing us with a correct delivery address when ordering so if delays are due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will not be held responsible if you have not notified us of your error prior to dispatch. We will resend or a refund will be issued if/when the parcel is returned back to us. How do I track my order?When your order is marked as dispatched, you'll receive an email for confirmation, containing your tracking number (if you have selected a recorded or tracked delivery service) so you can track your parcel. What if I'm not in to receive my order when it's delivered?All delivery services around the world will notify you with a calling card if an attempt of delivery has been made and you were not available (your online tracking will also quote information if they have attempted delivery). Timescales and more information will be detailed on the card, or online, with further details of the location of your parcel or for you to arrange collection of your order / attempt another delivery. If you do not collect your parcel or arrange another delivery by the date given on your card, your postal service will return to sender and a refund, for the item only, will be issued once we have received the parcel back. I am outside of the UK. Will I need to pay customs charges or import tax?All taxes, duties, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient of the order in their own country, they are not charged in the shopping basket. The recipient will need to pay these fees before the parcel is delivered. The recipient will be contacted for payment to be collected by their own postal service on behalf of their local customs revenue office. We would advise you contact your country's customs office for further details as we are unable to provide specific information and/or likely fees. |
